Food Technology is a very promising field. After air, the one thing an individual cannot survive without is food and water. As long as mankind exists, food is of demand and thus increases the prospects of food technology. Every individual has the right to safe, clean and hygienic food, and since it is not available everywhere, it needs to be processed to extend its shelf life testing and improve its quality.
